I saw the ferry pass of Angelo Teresi, who is student of the Italian High School and traveled between Burgaz island and Köprü in 1938, in the archive of E. Nedret İşli (@turkuzs_sahaf), who is the first name that comes to mind today when we think of bibliopole. I was consoled by his famous saying, "I am ruined that I can't get it, but what I can't see." I was lucky enough to buy the ferry pass of Despina, who went to Beyoğlu Greek Girls' Secondary School, traveling between Burgaz island and Köprü in 1937.
Akay Enterprise
Two Golden Horn ferries, which were rented from the Municipality to operate between the Islands since 1937, were tested by the Akay Enterprise and positive results were obtained. The ferries started to operate between the Islands with the implementation of the summer tariff. Small ferries depart from Kinali at short and regular intervals and come to Buyukada after stopping at Burgaz and Heybeli. Source: Pars Tuğlacı Istanbul Islands Throughout History Vol I, p.120
