Çalıkoğlu, a photographer of nature and society, took up photography after retiring from his post at the National Palaces in 1982. He was also a member of the Professional Publicity Photographers Association and Turing. Çalıkoğlu collection which has been opened to access at SALT Research allows access to a select part of M.
